Don’t feel like cooking this holiday? then don’t , this Apricot Glazed ham is the perfect party food. It only requires three ingredients and is very hard to mess up . It’s always been a hit at parties . Serve with a fragrant Oregon Pinot Noir
Ingredients:
1 spiral sliced cooked ham
1 cup apricot preserves (*)
1/4 cup whole cloves
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Meanwhile, place ham on a baking dish, score the skin with a sharp knife in a cris-cross pattern. Spread apricot preserves and insert the cloves in a polka-dot pattern.
Cover with foil and cook in the oven till preserves brown slightly (or to your liking). Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
(*) check for sugar sweetened preserves instead of glucose or fructose which might contain corn
